Ryne Dudley Selected To Gettysburg College Musical Ensemble

The Sunderman Conservatory of Music at Gettysburg College offers a full range of music ensembles including choral, band, orchestra, and jazz. Auditions for membership in College performance groups are open to all students.

Ryne Dudley of Selbyville, is a member of the Gettysburg College Jazz Ensemble.

For those more drawn to the cool sounds of jazz, the Conservatory offers the Jazz Ensemble. This group is an auditioned ensemble of 18 to 20 students, playing all styles of jazz -- swing, Latin, fusion, bop and standards from the Big Band Era. The Jazz Ensemble has performed at jazz festivals around the campus and around the world.

Founded in 1832, Gettysburg College is a highly selective four-year residential college of liberal arts and sciences with a strong academic tradition that includes Rhodes Scholars, a Nobel laureate and other distinguished scholars among its alumni. The college enrolls 2,600 undergraduate students and is located on a 200-acre campus adjacent to the Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania.
